("Bruny Island Beachside Accommodation "), you ("the Guest") agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Cancellations are not accepted, once booked using our online bookings system. Any subsequent booking changes (other than cancellations) are subject to availability. Gift certificates for future use may be issued at the owmers discression.
- The Guest will be required to provide full contact details and will be billed for any incidental charges arising from damages to the property.
- Bruny Island Beachside Accommodation does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on this site at any time.
- Bruny Island Beachside Accommodation does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its web site or for any products or services purchased from its web site.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation on our site.
- One nights deposit confirms Guest's booking with full payment due two weeks prior to Guest's visit. No payment facilites are available onsite.
- Travel directions, receipt & key collection information will be sent to Guest after full payment has been received by Bruny Island Beachside Accommodation.
- Our Web Server does not collect information about our visitors regarding domain or email address. The only information we collect is what you provide via email, and by completing our online booking enquiry form. We will never share or sell this information to third parties.
